Dear sir

I have just tired to tmount master x-53 rubber yesterday. The rubber torn a bit after play 2hours. So i would like to know it's a normal or defect form your product.The agent told me the rubber able to  torn a bit at the edge after play although no hit the table or somethings. So I need to find the facts. please let me know this.
