Returns must be raised within 14 days and returned to us in brand new condition and in the original packaging within 28 days from receipt.
Please note any return postage costs will not be covered by us and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us in good condition.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective. Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
